GMI Construction

GMI Construction is an \"Open Shop\" General Contractor, specializing in commercial construction including industrial, self-storage facilities, retail, and tenant improvement construction. We are headquartered in Irvine, California.\n\nGMI Construction was established in 1996, based on the foundation that it was time for a general contractor to get back down to basics and \"listen to what the client wants\". Our team has over three decades of experience in Construction Development and General Contracting. We consider ourselves a small organization with \"big\" building experience. As we continue to grow, we are successful in meeting the goal of repeat clients.
